Roberto's body sings with energy. He's never channeled so much power without release. Despite Dazzler's light shows, the world around them dims for five meters in every direction from his body. He can't hold much more. Soon, it will burn through him and over him and consume everything he touches.

"Oh." The kid pouts. This guy's all solid black and spotty and stuff. He'd be a cool Baron. Not one of those boring ones with lame powers.

"Well, you wanna buy a map, then? I got all the best skulls and stuff on it."

Silver looks toward Roberto and starts to head in, after giving a nod to Mystique.

Sarah is focusing as best she can, trying to keep her mind on business as she follows the others, centering her will to see if she can pull off what she thinks she can. Hopes she can. Right now, its all about preparing. It likely won't be much longer.

S-Man adjusts his goggles a bit. Keeping toward the sides of the caverns.

Colorful fits Alison as the lights dance around her, flashes so bright they would be blinding if not for the goggles. It was there for Roberto to absorb and though he has his fill now, she makes sure to keep building in case he needs a new boost once he gets inside and lets loose.

Alison takes in every single sound they make. Even the wind in the trees has helped to fuel her. She makes sure to refill her 'batteries' as they are used as well, in case she ends up without a power source at any point ahead of them.

"Kid, you're shitting me."

She taps a section that reads, Start Surprise Attack Here!

"Nah, nah. Everybody hates Baron Toynbee."

She pinches the bridge of her nose. "Kid, has anyone survived an attack on the Queen?"

"He did." He points at Sunspot. "Baron Moonstar said he'd be back."

She said a lot of other things about him, too, but he's not going to repeat them.

Not without a LOT of money.

"Baron DaCosta." He corrects the little preadator in training.

"Nope. She says she's Baron Moonstar."

That's not Dani in there. It's something else. Something with Dani's face and memories and...and...

Yeshua steps out of the palace and smiles sadly at the crew. "You may as well buy a map, it's not like you're going to be needing any of the coin you have on you once you enter the castle. And you can at least allow the child have a few spare moments of joy."

"You all know this is a suicide mission. They only reason the rebels are still alive is for the Queen's amusement."

"Oh good. So now that we have your sanction or, can we get on our way?" Silver isn't one for standing around waiting. Roberto is edgy, she's edgy - hell, everyone is edgy. All the better to start moving forward before someone sets someone off in a way that doesn't help anything.

There was no Joshua Foley yet when she left. And if there ever was going to be, the Sentinels got to him first. So much for invincibility.
The note of Strange still being alive, however, really brings Sarah to her senses more than the display of will and mutant abilities.

"Theoretically, I should be able to track magical signatures. I might be able to find him, if that's a problem?"

"But capable of giving us information on the vampires and their inner workings. Besides, if I can figure out how to find right where he is, that might tell us where their strong points are, where they'll actually be guarding. And maybe he's picked something really useful up about them."

Yeshua/Josh expanded the mist, as if he was taking a large breath, and started to bring it all together. Forming an image of himself in his minds eye. After a moment of this, his body started to take tangible form again, and when he was finished, he was there, dressed in a blue silk pant and shirt, and his skin now had a golden complexion. "Finding Steven will be easy." Josh says, "Getting him out... well that's another story."

"Sounds like you're in on this. Not that we can trust you, but then it doesn't seem like we have a lot of options."

She sighs, looking around at the group. "We don't expect it to be easy, but I think this group might have some surprises for the Queen and her group. And I think we can get to Strange, and get him out, if that's what it takes. Going to tell us anything else helpful?"

Alison mutters half under her breath. "Never trust anyone, kid. It'll just get you killed." But then the hard edge disappears again behind a somewhat vapid smile as she waits for the plan to be formed even as she starts to head for the entrance, exit, hole in the ground, whatever everyone wants to call it.

Rubbing her head, TJ stays mostly quiet while the others discuss the mission at hand. Having someone literally explode while she was possessing them wasn't exactly a pleasant experience.

"I've been in his head. We can trust him for now, I think."
