Mystique pulls two guns, instantly levelling them at the sillouette's chest. "Is he with you?" It's too tall and lean to be James, but she's still pushed the remaining grenade out of her chest and into her lap. Just in case.

He shakes his head. "Why? There are 25 other letters in the alphabet. A few more if you use the Spanish version. I know it's the genetic x-factor, but really, it's not like any of you guys are legitimate scientists."

"I dunno, it's some kind of tradition. And we did too have scientists! Dr. Henry McCoy. He could science the hell out of a guy. And I've got a degree in Computer Engineering.."

Mystique blinks in genuine surprise. "Really? My Kevin made straight C's through college. They only let him graduate with a degree in liberal arts so they wouldn't have to keep him another year."
